RICHARD'S EXTRA INNING LOUNGE
05-19-08: Richard's has changed ownership.
01-06-08: I've agreed to begin playing every other Saturday at Richard's Extra Innings Lounge, 9pm-
12am, No Cover Charge. (515) 245-9257. Richard's is located at 1500 S.E. First St., Des Moines.
"Richard Albizo has reopened his bar. Albizo had Richard's Extra Innings Lounge from 1994 to 2004. He sold the
business to Joeseppe Falbo who had Joeseppe's Sports Bar there for three years. Albizo reopened his lounge Nov. 30.
He has daily specials and Chicago-style hot dogs. It's open 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. weeknights and 7 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturdays.

01-06-08: Until further notice, the open mic/jam at Orlondo's Restaurant has been cancelled. Perhaps it
will return in the spring. I'm in the process of finding another venue to host the open jam. I'm still
performing my solo there every Friday evening.

07-21-08: I've been invited to play for the Summer Sunday Sounds at
the Southern Hills Winery, Osceola, Iowa. This indoor event is on
Sunday, August 3, 2008 from 2-5pm. There is no cover charge but they
request that you purchase a bottle of wine.
So after church and an appetizing lunch, head 40 miles south to
Osceola for a liesurely Sunday drive or bike ride. Soak up some sun,
scenery, music and wine. This is one task you were born to fulfill,
enjoy life!

We thoroughly enjoyed the
